Lake Country Village Community in Oconomowoc
Demlang Builders, an award winning homebuilder in both the Waukesha and Greater Milwaukee areas, was named as a Preferred Builder for Neumann Development, Inc.’s new master planned community, Lake Country Village in Oconomowoc.
Lake Country Village will feature three unique single family neighborhoods with approximately 300 home sites. The new subdivision developments include The Residences offering 43 homesites, The Estates at Lake Country Village offering 24 homesites, and Interlaken Village offering 12 homesites.
Demlang Builders has announced that a limited number of lots are now available for purchase in The Estates at Lake Country Village. Buyers are able to design and build a home or purchase a home and lot package from Demlang Builders with build construction projected to begin as early as this fall.
