Demlang Builders is excited to share with you our 2019 Parade of Homes model, the Harper. This one-story home sits on .42 acres of land in the new Aero Park subdivision in Menomonee Falls. The Harper model features four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a 3-car garage, and a number of unique rooms and features! This week we’re unveiling the first portion of the Harper, our 2019 Parade of Homes model! This new home is the latest design in our award winning line up of custom model homes.

Featuring a soaring cathedral ceiling that stretches from the front of the home to the back, The heart of the Harper offers a perfect venue for entertaining guests, enjoying family dinners, and kicking back and relaxing on your favorite chair or couch.

The Harper’s bright kitchen features a spacious island with induction cooktop, black stainless steel appliances, and rustic beam treatments overhead. With a view overlooking the front yard and the adjacent great room/dinette, the kitchen will serve as an excellent social gathering space when guests come to visit!

A favorite feature that we’re bringing back with the Harper is the “messy kitchen” which features a microwave, open shelving, and an abundance of countertop space. This space is tucked away from the kitchen where you can keep your small appliances, prep for a party, or find a place to hide-away your other messes.

We continue our journey through our 2019 Parade of Homes model (The Harper) by taking you through our next section.

Just to the right of the Dining Room sits the bedroom suite, offering two full sized bedrooms, a full bathroom with double vanity, and a foyer with adjacent “Drop Zone” and coat closet.

Offering an oasis from the hustle and bustle taking place in the Bedroom Suite, the Master Suite of our new Harper model lies just off of the Great Room. Including a master bath with his and hers sinks, an expansive walk-in closet, and a few additional special features to be revealed shortly, this home design has plenty to offer!

This next section of the Harper is where the real action happens. Daily home life can get messy, which is why we tucked this area away from prying eyes just off the kitchen and garage. A mud room lies adjacent to a laundry room and half bathroom, allowing you to keep the kids from tracking dirt and debris across the house!

Enjoy spending time outdoors but not a fan of mosquitos or sitting in the rain? The Harper is a perfect fit for you! Our 2019 Parade of Homes model features two covered porches in the front and back of the building, including a screened-in back porch just outside the Master Bedroom.
