Demlang Builders was founded in a humble home office with a focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a straightforward approach to building homes the right way.
First Model Homes
Our very first model, The Sundial, opened for tours. As a new builder in the 80’s, this gave us the opportunity to showcase our workmanship in a new and tangible way.
A Parade Tradition Begins
Demlang Builders entered its first Parade of Homes—earning People’s Choice recognition and establishing a long-standing presence in the event.
Value Engineering For Cost & Quality
As value engineering became commonplace in the home building industry, we received an early adopter award for the most cost-effective use of construction materials.
