WAUKESHA, Wis. (October 20, 2025) – Demlang Builders, a leading semi-custom home builder in southeastern Wisconsin, announces the appointment of John Hazod as its new Chief Executive Officer. John brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the finance and banking industries, along with a deep commitment to community and client service.
John began his career as a federal bank examiner with the FDIC before co-starting Foundations Bank in Pewaukee, WI. There, he rose from Chief Financial Officer to President and CEO. Following the bank’s sale, he served as CFO for Town Bank and later as a Regional CFO for Wintrust Financial Corporation. John has also worked as an adjunct professor at Marquette University and has served on numerous nonprofit boards, reflecting his passion for community engagement.
