Thank you for visiting our 2021 Metropolitan Builders Association Spring Tour model, The Dakota located in Germantown’s Harvest Hills subdivision! Demlang Builders was proud to participate in this popular MBA event with one of our most versatile and well-loved models.

The MBA Spring Tour is a yearly three-weekend event promoting home builders and remodelers from across southeastern Wisconsin. Visitors gather from around the state to tour different floor plans and find design inspiration for their next home building or remodeling project.

This event provided a great opportunity to learn more about the latest trends in home construction, energy efficiency, home automation, and interior design. We enjoyed sharing our construction process, energy savings system, and new home material selections with event attendees!
