WAUKESHA, Wis. (December 14, 2020) – The 2020 MBA Parade of Homes builders, developers, and other members of the Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA) were honored on December 9 during the MBA Virtual Awards ceremony.
The ceremony honored the builders of the 2020 MBA Parade of Homes and included awards determined by a panel of industry judges as well as the highly coveted People’s Choice Award for Best Overall Home in each subdivision, which was determined by votes from the public who were able to virtually tour and interact with homes.
“The Metropolitan Builders Association is proud to honor the 2020 Parade of Homes builders and developers. We would like to thank everyone involved for their dedication and collaboration in helping us launch this year’s Parade,” said MBA Executive Director Kathy Raab, CAE, CNAP. “During an unprecedented year, where the word ‘home’ means more to people than ever before, these industry awards are a way to celebrate our builder members’ commitment to professional excellence.”

The 2020 Parade of Homes featured 18 new homes from Southeast Wisconsin’s top home builders across three subdivisions: The Preserve at Harvest Ridge in Lisbon, Aero Park in Menomonee Falls, and Ryanwood Manor in Franklin. This year, the MBA offered the general public an opportunity to virtually attend the construction industry’s premier event. Visitors were able to explore 3D virtual tours, home designs, floor plans, photos, videos, and more, getting a front-row seat to the latest trends in interior and exterior design, sustainable building techniques, energy efficiency, and cutting-edge in-home technology. The 2021 MBA Parade of Homes will be held August 14 to September 6. The Parade sites in 2021 are Hillside Ridge in Lisbon and Swan View Farms in Pewaukee.
