Twenty-Two Brand New Homes Showcased at the 2017 MBA Parade of Homes
(Waukesha, Wis.) July 19, 2017 – The 2017 MBA Parade of Homes, presented by Nonn’s, opens next month on August 12 and runs through Labor Day, September 4, 2017.
Twenty-two brand new homes from 18 of southeastern Wisconsin’s top homebuilders will be showcased in three subdivisions – Fox Meadow in Menomonee Falls, Highlander Estates in Mequon, and Four Wind’s West in Hartland.
“The MBA Parade of Homes opens the doors of 22 brand new homes that the public may not have the chance to see otherwise,” said Kristine Hillmer, MBA Executive Director. “It gives people the opportunity to get unique ideas for their own home – whether they are building a new home, or remodeling their current home.”
More than 35,000 visitors are expected to tour the homes over the course of the three-week event. Visitors interested in building or buying a new home, remodeling, or gathering ideas for home improvement projects will have the opportunity to interact with the area’s top experts in the field.
Tickets for the 2017 MBA Parade of Homes allow entry into each of the three subdivisions once. They are available at Parade entrances for $12 for adults, and $6 for seniors (65+) and children (ages 3-12); children under 3 are free. Event hours are Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., weekends and Labor Day from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Special events and promotions will be held throughout the event, including a food drive, 2 for 1 Days, Realtor Days, Social Media Days and Military Appreciation Days.
