About the MBA Parade of Homes

We are excited to announce our participation in the 2025 Parade of Homes in the Bella Vista Estates subdivision located in the beautiful Menonomeee Falls. Our Parade model will be a new floor plan which we will be revealing in the Spring of 2025.

 

The Bella Vista Estates subdivision is located to the south of Main Street. The reputable Sussex Hamilton School District and a convenient 30-minute drive to Milwaukee make Menomonee Falls the perfect location for your family’s new home. Phases 2 and 3 of this development offer a number of single-family lots, some with full or partial exposures.
